中国社会公德建设报告

　　摘要

　　社会生活中公德缺失的现实，迫使人们反思我国社会公德文化建设在理论与实践方面的问题。当代中国社会公德文化建设的未来在于，从人的发展角度，深化社会公德文化理论研究，构建适合当代社会需要的公德文化和道德文化，同时探索社会公德理论现实化、实践化的新路径，唤醒大众的社会公德自觉，培育文明的现代中国人。

　　Abstract

　　The wrongdoings in public life made us reflect theoretical research and practice of social moral culture in China. By analyzing the reality of social moral cultural construction，the article points out that the future of social moral cultural construction in China lies in the public civilization. Therefore，what we can do and must do is to reconstruct the social moral culture to satisfy the needs of contemporary era after deepening the research on moral and social moral culture，at the same time to explore the new approaches to realize and socialize the theoretical achievements，awaken the public’s social moral consciousness and cultivate the modern Chinese.
